We will verify your health insurance coverage to determine which services may be covered in part or in full. Kendall Pointe Surgery Center will contact your insurance carrier to identify your cost-sharing responsibilities. Before your procedure, our team will provide you with an estimate of your cost sharing out-of-pocket financial responsibility, along with a written copy for your records.

Please remember to bring a form of payment with you on the day of your procedure. We accept checks, major credit cards, and CareCredit. We do not accept cash payments.

After your procedure, Kendall Pointe Surgery Center will submit your bill to your insurance carrier on your behalf. Any additional financial responsibilities, above what was given as the estimate, will be the balance billed to the patient.
Kendall Pointe Surgery Center's standard collection policy is to produce and send three statements to patients for their cost sharing amount. If payment is not received within 90 days of date of service, the balance will be turned over to collections.
Kendall Pointe Surgery Center fees cover only the use of the facility, and do not include surgeon, laboratory, pathology, or anesthesiology fees. You will be billed separately for these services.
